While x11111 takes reasonable technical measures to maintain Platform availability, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside x11111's control may result in temporary unavailability. x11111 shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a Player as a result of Platform unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes x11111's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by x11111's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
x11111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Player's account at any time, with or without notice, where x11111 has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has provided false registration information, has engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued account operation would place x11111 in breach of its regulatory obligations.
A Player may close their x11111 account at any time by contacting x11111 support. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's nominated PKR payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Any pending bonus balance that has not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
